3. Third-Party Services

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Cake Kingdom Escape (the "Game") developed by SweetDungeon Studio. By downloading, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms.

1. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes on compatible devices. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute any part of the Game.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to play. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental/guardian consent. The Game is free and does not include real-money gambling or loot boxes.

3. In-Game Currency & Virtual Items

Cake Kingdom Escape uses gold as an in-game currency earned through gameplay. We do not sell gold or virtual items for real money. All upgrades are achieved by playing. Virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the Game responsibly. You will not:

Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software.
Harass other players (if multiplayer features are added).
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code.

Violations may lead to permanent suspension from the Game.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, characters, music, and code are owned by SweetDungeon Studio or its licensors. "Cake Kingdom Escape" and the dessert characters are original creations. You may not use our assets without permission.

6. Updates & Availability

We may update the Game to fix bugs, add features, or improve performance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, but we strive to maintain stability. You understand that updates may modify or remove certain features.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it. Upon termination, all licenses granted will end.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Game will be error-free or compatible with all devices.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SweetDungeon Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game. Our total liability shall not exceed $50 USD.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in San Francisco County.
